Please liaise with your Liaison Coordinator on registration, accommodation reservation and fees collection process.
All registrations, rooming list and fees collection will be submitted online via a standard registration form.
Please check with your Liaison Coordinator.
1. Important Dates & Times
- Venue: PICC, Putrajaya, Malaysia
- Date: Thursday, 26 November 2009 - Sunday, 29 November 2009
- Registration Time: 10.00am - 2.00pm
- Recommended Arrival (Flight) Time: Thursday, 26 November 2009, 8.00am - 10.00am
- Recommended Departure (Flight) Time: Sunday, 29 November 2009 after 4.00pm
- Early Bird Registration: 7 July - 16 September 2009, 5.00pm
Normal Registration: 17 September - 31 October 2009, 5.00pm
Late / Walk In Registration: 1 November - 28 November 2009,12.00pm
2. Completing the Registration
- Please follow the instructions stated in the registration form.
- FULL details are needed and MUST fill in the standard registration form.
3. Cancellation/Transfer Policy
- There is no cancellation allowed once the registration process is done.
- Transfer of registration or replacement is allowed when both parties
are paying the same amount of registration fee.
4. Late/Walk-In Registration
- Upon your arrival at PICC, you will be guided by the ushers to the registration tables.
- Fees will be charged according to the Late Registration fee.

- Registration fee for West, East Malaysia and Overseas delegates is inclusive of transportation (to and from
PICC to Accommodation and airport pick-up) and 5 meals throughout the convention.
- Please submit your unit or centre registration form together with registration fee BEFORE closing date.
Once the payment is made, it is NOT refundable.

6. Mode of Payment
- By cash or bank in or cheque.
- Please make payment to our MNC bank account and submit us the bank in slip (hard/soft copy)
