Airport Pick Up | Arrivals | Departures

On the opening day of the Convention, Thursday, 26 November 2009, the registration at PICC will commence from 10.00am to 2.00pm.

For the purpose of organizing your travel arrangements, please note the following:

1. Airport pick-up

• Airport pickup will ONLY be available from KLIA and LCCT airport.

• Bus pick-up times from the airport will be:

Wednesday, 25 November 2009 >> 12.00pm, 4.00pm, 9.00pm, 11.00pm

Thursday, 26 November 2009 >> 9.00am, 11.00am

2. Airport Arrivals

• It is recommended that you arrange your flight to arrive in Kuala Lumpur by 9.00am or 11.00am on 26 November 2009.

• For those who will be coming one day earlier, 25 November 2009, and those who will be staying overnight at our arranged

accommodation (hotels or apartment), you are recommended to arrive at least 1 hour BEFORE our Airport pick-up times as stated above.

3. Departures

• It is recommended that you arrange your flight out from Kuala Lumpur after 4.00pm on 29 November 2009.

• Bus pick-up time from the PICC to airport will be 2.00pm.
