Questions from the parents

The parents have been having a few questions regarding the PKC programme and we hope we will able to clear their doubts here:
a) Where can we place our children if we are joining the Breakthrough or V-Amazing Race programme? Can they join us in the Malaysian Tour?
Yes, the kids can join the Malaysian Tour, althouth the MNC PKC will only start officially on Thursday (4th December) night. This is because we think that some of the kids may not be there yet in the afternoon. However, we will organise something to keep the kids occupied, for those whose parents will be joining the Breakthrough or V-Amazing race.
b) Any place for the children to bathe during MNC? Will hot water be provided for shower?
We’re sorry to say we are not too sure whether there will be facilities for bathing at the convention hall itself. Therefore, we strongly suggest parents to bathe their kids in the evening when the session breaks. For babies, we were informed that there will be a water dispenser for hot and cold water, so with a wash cloth and maybe a small container, parents may be able to clean their babies, but probably not their older kids.

Focus for prayer and fasting
Period: 1 - 30 November 2008.
Suggestion: Skip your lunch or dinner (or both) to fast and pray for our 13th MNC.
Let’s pray together in your CG, unit, and church prayer meeting. |

Visitation of God & Vision casting.(Week 1)1-9 Nov |
- Heart preparation for all our members and visitors to come to this MNC. Ask God for His forgiveness of our sins and transgression.
- Pray that God will touch everyone that comes in a powerful way. He will speak, revive and strengthen us to move on for the vision, with hearts that want to seek God.
- This is the first teaching in the “planting Kingdom” series. Pray that our people will be able to capture God’s heart beat through the different activities and teachings.
- Pray for a powerful spiritual atmosphere and God will release the spiritual gifts among His people.
- God will speak to Hope Malaysia for a clear direction in God.

Inspiration & Ideas from God(Week 1)1-9 Nov |
- Pray for all those who will minister during MNC that they will receive godly inspirations and fresh ideas from the Lord.
- Pray for the preachers and teachers (Ps Simon, Ps Jeff & Ps Denis), translators, workshop teachers, PKC teachers and helpers, Praise & Worship team, chairpersons & all those who minister during the MNC. Pray for God’s anointing and leading upon them, that they will be able to hear God’s voice clearly.

Building good fellowship & family spirit(Week 2)10-16 Nov |
- Pray for a wonderful and meaningful fellowship among our people. Pray that we will be able to promote a strong family spirit through the various activities.
- Able to meet with new friends from other centers and use this opportunity to encourage one another.
- God will unite our hearts to fulfill God’s vision

- Finance - Pray for funds to pour in from various sources and support and more sponsors to be available. Pray for the committee to be wise in financial management for operational, administrative and other financial matters
- God’s favor to be upon us as we liaise with the hotels, caterer, P.A systems supplier, PICC management, etc. We want to get good prices, favour and cooperation.

- Our people will possess godly attitudes, tolerance, love and a thankful spirit throughout the MNC.
- Hope KL (The Host) will continue to have a sprit of servant-hood to serve others; a heart that wants to bless others.
- The participants will be able to keep a sweet and good spirit at all times, that they will learn to tolerate and have a thankful spirit.

Needs(Week 3)17-23 Nov |
- Pray that God will be able to meet the needs of the participants- spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially.
- Pray for good weather, smooth traffic and smooth operation of the facilities and instruments.
- Good health for all the participants and punctuality in all meetings.
- Transportation & Journeys- Pray that all the delegates will able to secure and manage their transportations for a safe journey to KL and able to apply leave for MNC.

Team work(Week 4)24-30 Nov |
- Pray for all the members to be united and to be of one heart and one mind in serving God.
- Pray for the members to work with each other with love, tolerance and a humble spirit.
- Pray for good plans and communication between the PICs from different centers with the PICs in KL. Pray for God’s favor to be upon all the programs.
- Pray for wisdom, stamina and sensitivity to hear the voice of God so that all plans and decisions will be made according to God’s will.
- More volunteers/manpower to help in the MNC with much joy, strength and wisdom.
